{"id":3905,"date":"2020-01-16T13:20:46","date_gmt":"2020-01-16T12:20:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/logic-solver-del-sis\/"},"modified":"2025-08-04T23:09:50","modified_gmt":"2025-08-04T22:09:50","slug":"logic-solver-del-sis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/es\/logic-solver-del-sis\/","title":{"rendered":"Logic Solver del SIS"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Logic Solver (PLC versus rel\u00e9s)<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El Logic Solver es el subsistema del SIS donde <strong>reside la l\u00f3gica de las funciones de seguridad<\/strong>, es decir, cu\u00e1les son los enclavamientos de los sensores y de qu\u00e9 forma act\u00faan sobre los elementos finales. No siempre nos referimos a un <strong>PLC de Seguridad<\/strong> cuando hablamos del Logic Solver, pues la l\u00f3gica puede tambi\u00e9n realizarse con <strong>rel\u00e9s de seguridad<\/strong>, o incluso con electr\u00f3nica cableada (hardwired logic).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hay diversos <strong>criterios para seleccionar la tecnolog\u00eda del Logic Solver<\/strong>, de los cuales quiz\u00e1s los dos m\u00e1s importantes son el <strong>n\u00famero de <a href=\"https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/es\/que-es-una-funcion-instrumentada-de-seguridad-iec61511\/\">Funciones Instrumentadas de Seguridad<\/a><\/strong> (SIF), y el <strong>Software<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Las ventajas e inconvenientes del PLC frente al sistema basado en rel\u00e9s las podemos resumir de la forma siguiente.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>1-PLC de Seguridad<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Ventajas:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>F\u00e1cil de modificar.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Capacidad de comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> del Logic Solver con otros sistemas.<\/li>\n<li>Es <strong>sencillo programar <\/strong>cualquier l\u00f3gica incluso en SIFs complejas con <a href=\"https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/es\/arquitecturas-mas-utizadas-en-seguridad-funcional\/\">arquitecturas<\/a> del tipo 2oo3, 2oo5, 2oo24, \u2026 , o combinaciones entre grupos (ejemplo: 2oo2 de 2oo(1oo2), 1oo2, 1oo1).<\/li>\n<li>Admite todo tipo de <strong>se\u00f1ales digitales o anal\u00f3gicas.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Alto grado de diagn\u00f3sticos <\/strong>de fallos internos. Los autodiagn\u00f3sticos de un PLC de seguridad de primeras marcas detectan un porcentaje muy alto de fallos internos, de entre 95 y 99%.<\/li>\n<li>Es <strong>f\u00e1cil implementar diagn\u00f3sticos<\/strong> de fallos peligrosos de los sensores 4-20 mA con objeto de no disparar el proceso cuando se requiera.<\/li>\n<li>Es f\u00e1cil implementar <strong>diagn\u00f3sticos de aplicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> en el PLC, ya sea para sensores (por ejemplo, diagn\u00f3stico por comparaci\u00f3n) o para elementos finales (por ejemplo, prueba de carrera parcial PVST).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Desventajas:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Hay que <strong>desarrollar el software <\/strong>de aplicaci\u00f3n del Logic Solver, probarlo y mantenerlo.<\/li>\n<li>Hay que <strong>gestionar el firmware <\/strong>como son los parches y actualizaciones.<\/li>\n<li>Hay que implementar y mantener <strong>medidas de ciberseguridad.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>El ciclo de vida del PLC de Seguridad requiere <strong>personal m\u00e1s cualificado <\/strong>que si el Logic Solver est\u00e1 basado en rel\u00e9s de seguridad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload aligncenter size-full wp-image-459\" src=\"https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/logic-solver_PLC.jpg\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/logic-solver_PLC.jpg\" alt=\"logic solver\" width=\"850\" height=\"178\" srcset=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27850%27%20height%3D%27178%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20850%20178%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27850%27%20height%3D%27178%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/logic-solver_PLC-200x42.jpg 200w, https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/logic-solver_PLC-300x63.jpg 300w, https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/logic-solver_PLC-400x84.jpg 400w, https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/logic-solver_PLC-600x126.jpg 600w, https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/logic-solver_PLC-768x161.jpg 768w, https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/logic-solver_PLC-800x168.jpg 800w, https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/logic-solver_PLC.jpg 850w\" data-sizes=\"auto\" data-orig-sizes=\"(max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>2-Logic Solver con Rel\u00e9s de Seguridad<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>Ventajas:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>F\u00e1cil de implementar cuando la SIF es sencilla <\/strong>(1oo1, 1oo2, 2oo2).<\/li>\n<li><strong>No hay software <\/strong>(evitamos potenciales riesgos de ciber-ataques, corrupci\u00f3n del software por interferencias el\u00e9ctricas u otros motivos, y errores sistem\u00e1ticos en la l\u00f3gica).<\/li>\n<li>Alta velocidad de respuesta (s\u00f3lo cr\u00edtico en ciertas aplicaciones).<\/li>\n<li>El <strong>coste del Logic Solver <\/strong><strong>es m\u00e1s bajo <\/strong>cuando el n\u00famero de SIFs es peque\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>En instalaciones existentes sin PLC de Seguridad que requieren pocas SIFs, la <strong>soluci\u00f3n basada en rel\u00e9s de seguridad puede ser la m\u00e1s id\u00f3nea en muchos casos.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload alignnone wp-image-4049 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/logic-solver-reles-es.webp\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/logic-solver-reles-es.webp\" alt=\"logic solver\" width=\"600\" height=\"224\" srcset=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27600%27%20height%3D%27224%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20600%20224%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27600%27%20height%3D%27224%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/logic-solver-reles-es-200x75.webp 200w, https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/logic-solver-reles-es-300x112.webp 300w, https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/logic-solver-reles-es-400x149.webp 400w, https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/logic-solver-reles-es.webp 600w\" data-sizes=\"auto\" data-orig-sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Desventajas:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>El Logic Solver tiene un <strong>alto coste de implementaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento <\/strong>cuando hay m\u00e1s de 5-10 SIFs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No es recomendable cuando la arquitectura de los sensores o elementos finales es compleja<\/strong>, o cuando la SIF tiene permisivos de arranque o parada, o secuencias de operaci\u00f3n. En estos casos la l\u00f3gica del Logic Solver puede ser casi imposible de implementar con rel\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Si utilizamos transmisores ser\u00e1 necesario incluir <strong>convertidores anal\u00f3gico-digitales.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Las <strong>modificaciones del Logic Solver <\/strong><strong>son m\u00e1s complicadas <\/strong>(hay que cambiar el cableado).<\/li>\n<li><strong>No hay capacidad de comunicaci\u00f3n <\/strong>con otros sistemas.<\/li>\n<li>La <strong>capacidad de diagn\u00f3stico es peque\u00f1a o nula<\/strong>.
