{"id":3909,"date":"2019-12-21T19:15:36","date_gmt":"2019-12-21T18:15:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/parametros-clave-para-calcular-la-pfdavg-de-la-sif\/"},"modified":"2025-08-04T23:20:16","modified_gmt":"2025-08-04T22:20:16","slug":"parametros-clave-para-calcular-la-pfdavg-de-la-sif","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/es\/parametros-clave-para-calcular-la-pfdavg-de-la-sif\/","title":{"rendered":"Par\u00e1metros clave para calcular la PFDavg de la SIF"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Par\u00e1metros clave<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Seg\u00fan lo ya visto anteriormente, para <strong>dise\u00f1ar el SIS <\/strong>(\u201cSafety Instrumented System\u201d) seg\u00fan la <strong>norma IEC 61511<\/strong> hay que cumplir diversos requerimientos a lo largo de todo su <a href=\"https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/es\/ciclo-de-vida-del-sis\/\">ciclo de vida<\/a>. El cumplimiento del nivel SIL asignado a cada SIF (\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/es\/que-es-una-funcion-instrumentada-de-seguridad-iec61511\/\">Safety Instrumented Function<\/a>\u201d) es uno de estos requerimientos, y se realiza calculando la <strong>Probabilidad media de fallo en demanda <\/strong>(PFDavg para el modo en baja demanda) o la Probabilidad de fallo por hora (PFH para el modo en alta demanda). Veamos a continuaci\u00f3n cu\u00e1les son los <strong>6 par\u00e1metros m\u00e1s importantes cuando calculamos el valor de PFDavg<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #0693e3;\"><strong>F\u00f3rmulas de las arquitecturas 1oo1 y 1oo2:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img class=\"lazyload\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%271060%27%20height%3D%27290%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%201060%20290%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%271060%27%20height%3D%27290%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/safetyandsis.com\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/formulas-1oo1-1oo2.png\" alt=\"parametros\" \/><\/figure>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1-Tasa de fallos por hora<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La m\u00e1s importante es la tasa de <strong>fallos \u201cpeligrosos no detectados\u201d <\/strong>que se representa con la letra <strong><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #cf2e2e;\">\u03bb<sub>DU<\/sub><\/span> <\/strong>(\u201cDangerous Undetected\u201d). Al ser un valor muy peque\u00f1o suele medirse en FITS multiplicando su valor por 10<sup>9<\/sup>. La tasa de fallos \u201cpeligrosos detectados\u201d <strong>\u03bb<sub>DD<\/sub><\/strong> tambi\u00e9n interviene en el c\u00e1lculo, aunque impacta poco.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2-Tiempo de Vida<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Suele representarse con las siglas <strong><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #cf2e2e;\">LT<\/span><\/strong> (\u201cLife Time\u201d) o <strong><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #cf2e2e;\">MT<\/span> <\/strong>(\u201cMission Time\u201d). Es el <strong>tiempo de vida de la SIF <\/strong>que var\u00eda normalmente entre 10 y 20 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3-Intervalo de pruebas<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Es la <strong>frecuencia de las pruebas funcionales de la SIF <\/strong>(en ingl\u00e9s se denominan \u201cProof Tests\u201d), es decir, cada cuanto tiempo se realizan las pruebas (en meses o a\u00f1os). Este intervalo <strong><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #cf2e2e;\">TI<\/span><\/strong> est\u00e1 directamente relacionado con las <strong>paradas de mantenimiento de la planta<\/strong>. Puede ser diferente para cada subsistema de la SIF, por ejemplo, entre 1 y 4 a\u00f1os para el sensor, entre 2 y 5 a\u00f1os para el logic solver, y entre 1 y 2 a\u00f1os para el elemento final.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4-Efectividad de las pruebas funcionales<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Este par\u00e1metro se representa como <strong><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #cf2e2e;\">PTC<\/span> <\/strong>(\u201cProof Test Coverage\u201d) o <strong><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #cf2e2e;\">Cpt<\/span><\/strong>, y lo que cuantifica es el <strong>porcentaje de \u201cFallos Peligrosos No Detectados\u201d (en ingl\u00e9s \u201cDangerous Undetected Failures\u201d) que somos capaces de detectar durante las pruebas funcionales manuales de mantenimiento<\/strong> (\u201cproof tests\u201d). Para los sensores y logic solver suele ser un valor entre 90 y 95%, y para el elemento final entre 70 y 90%, dependiendo del tipo de pruebas que realicemos.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5-Factor Beta<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Este factor <strong><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #cf2e2e;\">\u03b2<\/span><\/strong> cuantifica el <strong>impacto, en las arquitecturas redundantes (1oo2, 2oo3, etc.), de los \u201cfallos de causa com\u00fan\u201d <\/strong>que afectan simult\u00e1neamente a todos los canales. Debe cuantificarse en cada caso. Valores habituales de este par\u00e1metro son 5% para el sensor, 2% para el logic solver, y 10% para el elemento final.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6-Tiempo medio de restablecimiento<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La abreviatura de este par\u00e1metro es <strong><span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #cf2e2e;\">MTTR<\/span><\/strong> (\u201cMean Time To Restore\u201d) y es la suma del <strong>tiempo de detecci\u00f3n <\/strong>de un fallo peligroso (MDT) y el <strong>tiempo de reparaci\u00f3n y restablecimiento <\/strong>(MRT).
